Achieving Goals By Decluttering The Mind

Are you struggling to complete to-do lists or are unfocused and restless for most of your day? It could result from mental clutter, where there is too much of information and accumulation of thoughts that are unnecessary in your life. Just like we have physical clutter wherein a lot of stuff gets accumulated in our surroundings, making it messy and untidy, similar can be the case with our minds.
